Worked example: a Golden Crane at twice base weight
- Weight ratio: 44 kg ÷ 22 kg = 2.
- Size multiplier: 237/60 = ×1.5333.
- Golden multiplies by 2.5, so income = $4K × 1.5333 × 2.5 = $15.33K/s, which is $55.2M per hour.
- Saving for the Celebrity Treadmill ($5M) from $0 with only this pet: 5m 26s. A plain Crane at base weight would take 20m 50s.
Common mistakes
- Expecting income to double with weight. A Crane at 44 kg earns $6.13K/s, not double the base. To double its income it has to weigh about 3.08 times the base: 68 kg.
- Forgetting the 125× soft cap. For a Crane that is 2,750 kg. Past it, extra weight still helps but much less: doubling from 125× to 250× adds only about 32%.
- Assuming mutations multiply. A Golden + Bloom Crane at base weight earns $11K/s if mutations add (the wiki calculator's rule) and $12.5K/s if they multiply. Plan with the lower number until it's confirmed.
